Community Supported Agriculture Farming ? (CSA)
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is more than a food subscription — it’s a partnership that strengthens both the farm and the community it feeds. By purchasing a share at the start of the season, members help cover essential upfront costs like seeds, labor, and equipment, giving farms the financial stability to grow food thoughtfully and sustainably. In return, members receive a steady supply of ultra‑fresh, seasonal produce that often ends up costing less per week than buying comparable quality at the grocery store, especially when you factor in freshness, flavor, and nutrient density.
Instead of relying on soil, our farm grows using vertical hydroponic towers that dramatically reduce water use, eliminate the need for chemical fertilizers, and produce clean, nutrient‑rich food year‑round. This method allows us to grow more in less space, cut down on waste, and avoid the soil depletion issues that traditional agriculture faces. Because our system recirculates water and delivers nutrients directly to the roots, every plant grows efficiently, cleanly, and with a smaller environmental footprint. The support from our CSA members is what makes this possible — your commitment allows us to invest in sustainable infrastructure, maintain consistent production, and keep fresh, local food accessible to the community. Thereby creating a cycle where the land thrives, the farm thrives ....
and you get the freshest, most flavorful harvests of the season!

The Bison Advantage
Buffalo (bison) are native to North America and historically have sustained Indigenous peoples for millennia before near‑extinction in the 19th century. Choosing buffalo meat will offer a healthier, more sustainable alternative to a conventional hamburger. Buffalo meat is generally leaner than hamburger, offering less fat and fewer calories while still delivering high protein and rich micronutrients like iron. Many people also find buffalo’s flavor slightly richer and cleaner due to its lower fat content. As a result of bison evolving on the plains and surrounding continent, their physiology and natural grazing habits contribute to a nutrient-dense meat profile.
