Hello! So you know a bit more about me, I’ve dedicated my entire life to health. First through personal wellness, and more recently through a deep commitment to healthy, intentional eating. I studied Forensic Chemistry through senior year of college and am currently expanding my expertise through studies in horticulture, melittology, and business. This blend of science, plant and pollinator knowledge, and practical management shapes everything I do at HSM Farm and Ranch. I’m fully devoted to the well‑being of the plants and animals in my care, and I integrate these disciplines into regenerative practices that honor the land and elevate the quality of every product we offer.
Meet Shawn :
Hello there! I’m a veteran with 20 years of dedicated service in the Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanic. Earning the rank of Master Sergeant and senior NCO Leader, I've completed many deployments/conflicts that have developed a mission‑minded focus and commitment to thorough, disciplined work. I look forward to my next chapter as a new adventure beyond military life. Building up our bison ranch and farm is more than a livelihood for me—it’s a passion rooted in providing clean, trustworthy food for my family and our community. The values that shaped my military career—integrity, responsibility, and unwavering follow‑through—serve as the foundation for how we manage our land, care for our herd, and create products rooted in regenerative principles.

Quail Eggs
Quail eggs deliver velvety luxurious flavor and elegant presentation in a tiny, nourishing package. Their rich and vibrant yolks elevate dishes instantly, offering a premium, gourmet touch that feels special, distinctive, and naturally wholesome. Our flock includes a variety of Jumbo Coturnix, Texas A&M, and Celadon Quail hens! Our collections are ensured to be a sizeable and beautiful variety of color and character.
Vanilla Extract
Made Organically from 100% Madagascar Vanilla Beans and extracted in different mediums for >8 months.
Fruit / Vegetables
Our fruits and vegetables are grown year‑round in climate‑controlled greenhouses using sustainable hydroponic towers. This soil‑free method lets us conserve water, avoid synthetic chemicals, and harvest nutrient‑rich produce at peak freshness. Every item we grow reflects our commitment to clean, organic food and vibrant flavor.
Honey
Honey and bees offer pure, natural sweetness powered by the tiny pollinators that keep our food system thriving. Their work creates a dynamic super-food product that’s ethically produced, flavorful, and deeply connected to healthy ecosystems. Our bees and greenhouses work in unison to make honey for you.
